Noticed 2 separate charges on my credit card. First one said ID Sentinel8772168113FL, for $16.22. Second one said Magazine8772167802FL, for $24.95. Called and was put on hold for 20 min same song over and over. Called back said I would not hold was put on hold any way but I was dealt with within 7min. I stated that my Credit Card was charged without my permission and I wanted it refunded immediately. Asked for company name and was told Treasure Coast magazine and that it was part of a buyer protection program. We had cancelled a progam like that 2 years ago. She said it has an automatic enrollment. Why do they still have my credit card info? I cancelled, obviously I did not want their product. I recall being upset when I dealt with them priviously. She told me my husband had called in a week earlier and had already cancelled which was a lie. I ased for a confirmation # and verified the refund amount, $41.17! I don't have an extra $41.17 for an obscure program that I did not authorize. What a scam!! Isn't this illegal?
