To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a complaint about "Bottom Line Books" and the unorthodox & possibly fraudulent practices thet have etc.<br />
I was sent 3 books @ the cost of $39.99 plus $9.97 S&H. The payment Bottom Line Books is requesting for the books in a billing statement is a total of $47.94.<br />
The names of the books are (1) Treasury of Health Secrets. Also 2 free paperback books as described (2) Bottom Line's Uncommon Cure and (3) Bottom Line Medical Blunders. I have not requested these books that was sent to me. Also there is no telephone # or information included where i can return the books too. I went on line to find out anything I could about the company so I could call & return the books. Upon my search i came across alot of complaints about other people having been billed for books shipped to them that were not ordered. Then people went on to say even after returning the books to the address on the box/envelope stating, where to submit payment they were still billed. Other's said still a year later "Bottom Line Books" is still having books sent to them that were not requested, by Bottom Line Books. Any information & help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. <br />
