To make a long story short. I was sold a product I did not want (Trend Micro Internet Security 2008) at BEST BUY. I opened the Jacked but did not download the the CD as the jacket told me to return it to the retailer I purchased it from. BEST BUY store and on line customer service told me BASIC too bad!, as you open the jacket your out the 53.49 (counting tax). I have purchase another product on line (shield Deluxe) in between so I have no use for this product! Please help me.
