Unauthorized Charges
Please reverse erroneous charge of $52.00 on my credit card transaction date of 13/05/10. This item was not approved by me. Please cancel any auto renewal. I am not a customer.

billed my credit card without an ok from myself
trend micro has bill my credit card without my permission.I am no longer useing their antivirius.also when it was time to renew on the 15th of may I chose NOT to.but the billed any way..I have no way to contact them.their 1-800 # is not valid.please have this company refund my account a.s.a.p

I have a charge on my Visa for Trend Mcro's virus protection for my laptop. I cancelled this product last year, and do not
want to re-order. Please arrange a credit on my credit card for the $44.95 USAD charge ($48.60 CAD).

unauthorized charge
On 5/7/10, I was charged $44.95 from DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN I did not order anything from here, I did not renew or authorize this to go through. I will be refunded immediately. This is ridiculous!

Overcharging
If you use these guys, you had better keep an eye out for overcharges...Or charges for old computers that may have come preloaded with their services. We keep getting double billed...and now we're told they do not issue credits of any sort. They get snappy and want to make you get mad and just give up - but, DON'T!! Make an official complaint, call the BBB...

I got a charge for 44.95 for a software I didn't order
While going throught by bank statements I noticed a charged dated 2/17/2010 for the company Trend Micro for 44.95 that I absolutely don't recall ordering and certainly never recieved a download for the virus protection software. I want my money refunded for this charge.

taking money from credit card
I had received a phone call from a guy cussing me out thinking i was trend micro up until i told him they had stolen money from me as well he thought i was the company in question. I called this number and was told i would be receiving a refund :9526465980...so call them and try to get your money back as well. good luck

Unauthorized charge in Card
I have a charge on my credit card for $44.95 from DRI*Trend Micro orderfind.com. I never ordered or confirmed this transaction. How do I get these charges reversed?

charges to credit card
I was reminded one month before my security service was to end, so I subscribed for another year (Thru april 4, 2011) . This renewal was to cost $39.95, but my credit card was charged twice--once for $39.95 and another charge from Trend Micro for $7.95. I would like a refund for the $7.95.
