On 12/06/10, I was charged 4 amounts for updating the security on my laptop. I should have been charged 2 amounts. I was doubly charged. The charges were $8.45 and $59.45 twice. On 12/02/10 I attemted to perform the update but it failed. On 12/03/10, the update was performed successfully. Please notify me that you will credit me for the extra $8.45 and $59.45 charges.
