When trying to update my Trend Mirco antivirus and spyware software everything went well threw the payment part ofcourse, after payment was made and I tryed to download the software it desides to inform me that it no longer supports my windows xp anymore. Why they could not have told me before taking my money first I do not know. I want my money back $31.95 x 2. and for someone to contact me and let me know why this happened.
