Buyers, beware! This company is clearly running a scam. They keep charging me for automatic renewal, despite the fact that I told them to take me out of their system. They make it almost impossible to stop the renewal. I bought a laptop several years ago and purchased their software. The computer was stolen in November 2008 and I told them I no longer used the software and did not want it to be renewed and that I did not want any more renewals. But to stop the automatic renewal, you have to have the purchase order, the credit card you purchased it with, and the e-mail account with which it was registered. Given that I purchased the laptop several years ago, it was stolen, and our e-mail address at work has changed several times since then, I cannot supply any of this information.
