I order a rc spur gear on 4-11-2011, my wife's credit card was charged, and they never shipped my order.They claimed it was a special order from the manufactures.It was only $13.95 but being that I'm on disability income, that's money I can use.I spoke to Matt at 1-800-3505420 and he gave me a million posible explinations.No tracking was given or verification that it was shipped.I also talked to the customers service on line and she couldn't help me.She just told me that she will foward the issue to the support team.
