I purchased a 3 year manufactures warranty for my Palm Treo 650 phone. Currently, I am having problems with this phone. When I contacted Palm, they informed me that they don't honor retail manufactures warranties. I have attemped to contact Zoom Cell via the internet. When I type in zoomcell.com, I am directed to CNN. This company is a total scam if they still exist. What I want is my contract to be honored.
