The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. Took down the 30 day cancellation numbers. Cancellation was a nightmare as well. The phones were always tied up and e-mail replys were non responsive. I regret purchasing the product. The add ons were not easy to cancel it took up way too much time and effort. Because of the difficulty of cancellation I would call it a scam. Do not buy this product unless you want a living well hassle.
