I recently received three bottles of Tri Slim that I did not order. I had a previous account for samples and cancelled within the 30-day agreement over one year ago. I went to contact them so they would refund my money on my card. I cannot find a number for them anywhere. I just opened the white mailing envelope shipped USPS and lo and behold, there's no packing slip. How do I get my card credited?
