I just want to say that Collin Donaldson from Triads.co.uk needs to further up his communication skills.

I did not receive my item up til now, yet I paid since more than 1 month ago. He accused me of fraud and threatened me about calling the police etc, in which I think it's very juvenile and unprofessional of someone who claimed to be "in business for more than 6years" .

I asked for my money back and he refused to give me anything. I asked him to further investigate the item and no news up til now. It's frustrating to know that I have paid (through paypal, still have my transaction ID and receipt number) and yet I don't even know if I'm going to get my item or not.

NEVER BUY FROM THAT WEBSITE. I'm not sure about the physical retail store, but definitely DON'T BUY FROM TRIADS.CO.UK
Such a terrible customer service.
