I ordered a Trial Offer of Everbrite Teeth Whitener but did not realize that the 10 day trial period began when I place the order. I received the product on the 7th day of the trial period which leave you with only 3 days to see if the stuff works but that was impossible because you have to use it the 10 days for it to work.

Then I called to cancel the account because they had processed 2 payments instead of 1 payment according to my Visa Card Statement. On May 1st I talked to a Customer Service person who acknowledge the mistake and said the error will be corrected and refund can be expected in 10-15 business days. It has been 45 days and no refund. I called the Customer Service telephone number 1-888-666-0531 which now belongs to an individual.

I just want my refund of $87.47.
