I had ordered a Webcam (Night Vision) of Tricom company vide my order No. 070820081134. Reference No. 12121132564, I have received this consignment through courier on 11.08.2008. When I was installing the Webcam on my computer, i was staged that the installation CD is totally blank, so I am unable to install the webcam. I had made a complaint through telephone and also e-mail to the Indiaplaza.in and I was assured by the company that I will received a new CD with software with in 4-5 days. But now almost 20 day has been passed and till now I have not received any CD from the company. I am regularly in touch with the company through telephone, but there are repeating the same message that the CD will soon reach. I am facing lot of problem. You are requested to do the need full immediately or my webcam may be replaced with new one without any further delay otherwise I have no option to go to consumer court at Chandigarh.
