The company is adopting multiple methods to bully upon the workers.
1.Company retains salary of workers upto 75 days
2. Provide unhuman working conditions for the workers by retaining them in labour camps caught by local authorities(Baladiya) as against laws.
3.Make fictitious losses and claim it upon workers and even engineers
4. Claims nearby completion of project to deny workers their due leave
5.The contract is made inserting clauses for compensation of big amount from workers even if they are terminated
