I had booked a refill on 29.11.06 for consumer no37569 (in the name of R Raj ). I was told that the gas cylinder would be delivered in 10 days and given the order number 8986. However when i checked on 11 th the lady who picked up this number did not allow me to talk. She simply said she will book another refill and disconnected with out another word.

This happens every time u call them.

I intend to tell all people i know NOT TO use the services of this company!
