I placed an order with Reddix.com and somehow my debit card information ended up on the Primetime Savings Clubwebsite. I may have very well errored in using the Reddix website but when I attempted to correct the problem, I caught hell. The Customer Service Company, which they hire to deal with customers, gave me an incorrect phone number and website to may contact with Primetime Savings. Luckily, I am a longer term customer at my bank and was able to correct matters on this end. I have learned my lesson and will not make online purchases from unknown merchandisers online. This experience was a nightmare but a very valuable on to have for the future.
