I purchase a new Caravelle in December from Trisec Autohouse. When I got the vechile they promised me that the carpets will still come and must first use the old carpets. I discover that the airbag light also stays on suggesting an error. The DVD system in the vehicle, done by a third party for VW has been done totally unprofessional, leaving wires everywhere and causing unbearable rattles. Worst of all the battery runs down in one day. A new vehicle that battery must be charged after one day standing. I have been complaining about this from December to the dealer. The vehicle has been sent for repairs four times. When I got it back the last time, the radio has a CD stuck in it and cannot be used at all. The radio functions does not work properly. The MP3 player has been removed and not been replaced. (Which cause the battery to go flat). I have been promised they will come to me to fix it and still has not been done. I must hear all the time they will contact Springs Super Sound to contact me, they have not done so. The vehicle has travelled over 600 km because of Trisec problems on my cost. The airbag light is on again and yet I am waiting. I need it fixed, enough is enough
