Tropical Grand Vacations phoned me out of the blue on 22nd September 2008 offering me a holiday in Florida at four locations for £498 valid for up to four people. It was not until I received documents from them on 6th October that I realised that the holiday was for accommodation only. On 13th and 17th October October I advised Tropocal Grand Vacations by e.mail that I wished to cancel the holiday and asked for my money back. I also wrote on 17th October returning the documents unsigned. I also rang on 25th October as I had not heard from them. I was informed I could not cancel as 30 days had elapsed. This is not so. Their terms and conditions states that cancellation can be made within 30 days from date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate whichever occurs the later. I was not aware that any money had been taken from my Bank Account until I received my monthly statement on 15th October. I have asked for my money £498 to be repaid to me but have had no response. Can you help with this matter.
