On 18th February 2009 my 73 year old mother was told she had won a holiday to Florida. She was then sweet talked into paying £600.16 for this so called free prize. She wanted to gift this to me and my family to give us a much needed hloiday. After hearing alarm bells when she told me of this I immediatly rang them back and spoke to an american man named Mr George Adams who said he was the Managing Director. He was very rude and took great exception to the term 'cond' and decided to explain to me the meaning, in the english dictionary, of the word 'won'. He told me we could definatly have a full refund if we wrote to the Longwood, USA address he gave me as they had a strict 30 day refund policy. Now we can't contact them at all, neither by phone, email or post. PLEASE HELP. This company have just stollen my mothers saving and we dont know where to turn
