Tropical Pools by Dana I would not recommend them to any person considering on having a pool built by her. I have had nothing but problems with her. My pool leaked, the spa leaked, the concrete cracked all over. The plaster in the spa had to be removed and re-plastered. Not to mention this pool was started in November of 2008 it's now August of 2009 and our contract said it would be done in 60 days weather permitting. She never returns phone calls or E-mails and when she says she will be there, and you take time off to be there for her and she does not show. Not even a call to tell you her plans have changed. I cannot in good faith recommend Tropical Pools By Dana to anyone!
