When I switched my email from Yahoo to Comcast, the people at Comcast recommended that I use True Switch to transfer my inbox, to advise the people in my address book of my new email address and to forward my email for 30 days. True Switch just notified me that the 30-day forwarding period is over. During the period, True Switch did not forward a single email. Only some of my contacts were notified of my new email address, and only a very few ancient emails were transferred from my Yahoo inbox to my new email account. Further, when I wrote to the service at True Switch (twice) to advise that my inbox had not been transferred and that people had not been notified of my new address and that nothing was being forwarded, I received only automatic response and no cure.
