We have been trying to cancel our membership to TruLegal since September of 2008. We have notified them by mail, phone fax and e-mail with no response, yet $30 per month is still being charged to our credit card. If we can't get ahold of anybody at TruLegal, why are they still charging us.

Have been trying for almos a year to cancel membership. Have been unable to reach anyone, or get a response to faxes, e-mails, letters, or phone calls. Still receiving membership charges on credit card.
