I went to work for this company (Harvey Luna, President/Owner) when they opened on November 29, 2010. My first paycheck was to be paid to me on 12/20/10, but Harvey left for Christmas vacation on 12/20/10 and went to Texas. He returned to work on or about 12/27/10 only to inform a couple of us that we would not be receiving our paychecks until the company could make some money. Well, the company made a little money and I was able to get that first paycheck cashed on 1/5/11. The next check was due on 1/3/11 and I received that one on 1/21/11 after a lot of complaining. However, on 1/17/11 I was laid off because the company could not pay me what they owed me and could not pay me any more going forward. I only stuck around until they laid me off in the hopes I would receive those checks that I was owed. I am still waiting for two more checks to be paid to me. this company is one of the biggest rip-offs I have ever come across and the President, Harvey (Javier) Luna is a thief for not paying his employees what he owes them. I hope his customers see this and demand their money back. I also hope other people who have been ripped off by this guy complain to the proper authorities as I am doing (wage and hour).
