I have a new puppy and she chewed up our remote for our 17" LCD TV/DVD. It is model # PVS31170s1. Is there any way I can get another remote? Those universal ones just don't function like the original ones. I have only had the TV for 2 months and really want the original remote. Could you email me with details of cost, or what ever I need to do. I really love the TV and hate the universal remote that I got. Thank you.
