I wished I would have seen all these complaints about Travelocity before I made my reservations. Travelocity will scam you for all the money they can get. I made a hotel reservation for three nights. The site said neither theyn or the hotel would charge for any changes, if the changes were done more than 24 hours prior to arrival. I called to change to two nights rather than three nights. Travelocity said it would cost me more than $100 to change to two nights rather than three nights. I asked them to explain to me why when my confirmation states that there would not be any charge. The girl kept saying it was not them, but the hotel. She said I had to call the hotel to find out why. I called the hotel. The hotel said it was not them, but Travelocity. Then to top it off, the hotel said they did not have a reservation for me. I called Travelocity about this. The customer service refused to do anything about it. They won't give me my money back or anything. Then to top it off, customer service is people from India. Why can't we use Americans in USA, French in France, etc., etc.? When I called the hotel, they told me not to ever use Travelocity. They said they have had bad experiences with them. The hotel said that Expedia is better. Don't ever use Travelocity. You can get the same deals through Expedia, and they are better.
