I have received a Water&Lights account of an abstronomical amount. I have spend time at the departments offices to understand what exactly I am billed for. This is of course meter readings not correct, I do not have anybody at home and according to the department I have failed to provide the correct information for the readings and estemates was done every month by the department. This cannot concretly be proved by the person who explained this to me, the question is how can I pay for something I cannot see. Now I am threatened that my power will be cut untill such time that I have made payment arrangements.

I see in the news paper headlines that Tswane Minucipality has money problmes who can trust such judgement, it is absurd. I need the necesarry proof and details before I will pay.
