Thank you Deniz .On a recent vacation in the Turkey Antalya we had to cancel (four days in advance) a car reservation we had made with Vudaa. I want to commend the company for the pleasant and efficient way this was handled when we enquired later about getting a credit refund for the cancelled car. The phone was answered by a real person, who readily found our record, saw what had happened, and assured us that, although there had been a communications glitch in the UK, we would soon see the credit on our credit card statement. Sure enough, the credit soon showed up. Thank you, Vudaa.
