I rented a system from Turning Technologies thinking that TurningPoint was a reliable service. The system provides real-time feedback from people in a business meeting. Well, the technician they sent was nice, but didn't really know his product. The worst part was that during the meeting the system would not work. Votes were not received even though people were voting.

We had to ask people to vote 2 or 3 times on the same question before we received their votes. It was very frustrating to say the least. A few people laughed it off as "oh that's technology" but I was very embarrassed. I paid the bill (they were the cheapest vendor) but next time I'll go with a vendor who has people that know how to make the system work.
