I purchased a GMC truck from this dealership. I had the tow mirrors replaced with stock mirrors. After replacement, we found that the mirrors did not work properly and they said there was nothing they could do to fix them. I asked for a refund for the cost of the replacement, and they refused. I offered to just take 50% of the install price in an effort to work with them. They refused. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Tustin Buick did not respond and ended up with an unsatisfactory rating. I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair, but Tustin refused to work with them as well. I was told to take them to small claims court, which I did. I won the case, and Tustin Buick refused to pay. I had to get the local Sheriff's Dept to forcefully remove the funds from their bank account after a court order. The arrogance of this dealership speaks for itself with the above experience.
