My husband and I stopped in to pick up 2 TV convertor boxes and asked if they could hold them for us and they said they could only hold 48 hours. We went back within the 48 hours to pick them up and were told that they had sold them. We had left our name and telephone number and were not even given the courtesy of a telephone call to tell us that they had sold them and did no have any more. I drove 20 miles to pick them up and returned 20 miles empty handed. The store employee, I am assuming is the manager, had a very poor attitude and I never even recieved an apology. When we called another store even further away, we asked for the area supervisor name and number. We called left a message and are still waiting, three days later, for a return call. All I can say is this is a very poor and unprofessional way to run a business!
