I ordered a set of DVDs from TV DVD Mania (I read in one complaint that they also go by the name TV DVD Store. It seems like complaints exist under BOTH names. DVDs are of poor quality - they even look bootlegged, customer service via email is non-existent, and there is no phone number to contact anyone at the website. One customer found an address and phone number - but not sure if it's legitimate: 69 Mercure Road, St. Maarten, Netherlandese Antilles 10102, and phone 1-289-428-1081 - which is out of Georgetown Ontario. Strangely, the DVDs were shipped from China. Is it possible that the business location is divided to shield the owner(s) from laws protecting consumers? Hmmm. Does anyone have any recent info as of April 10, 2009?
