I ordered a radio from TV Guys LLC on Nov 25t5h. UPS showed receipt and shipping on Nov. 26 (#1Z127Y5V0297191606 tracking). I paid for two day delivery for $ 44.99, The shipping speed was susposed to be second day. Now I'm informed that the shippment will arrive for delivery on 2 December which is not what I paid for. Why??? The order was from Amazom Order #002-4440993-4575469, and was a 9 band World radio by Bell and Howel weighing 1.0 lbs. I believe a seven day delivery is an inordinate delay and cannot understand why, when I paid for a 2 day delivery, it has taken this long. What is the justification for this. I will have to leave for Africa without it.
