we bought a tv years ago, the tv has about 6 to 7 years not workin and we hv reported it to the companp and the tv license people, even at the police-bt we have been recievin letters from you guys tht we owe money for a broken tv set, hw can you help us with this problem, cos its a very big issue tht is stress, pls grt back 2 me soon
