In December of 2010 I ordered what was advertised as a complete Love Boat Collection featuring all episodes of the series in correct chronological order. I placed this order with the company TV Media outlet and it arrived from China. I know see the same site has changed their name to JUMBO DVD Shows.

What I received was a pirated collection that is missing more than half of the aired episodes from the series. It promised 275 episodes with original artwork and great quality. It is very poor quality, a photocopy cover and only 75 episodes with ALL of seasons 6-9 missing and the other seasons 1 -5 missing half of their episodes as well.

I see another person has had the exact issue and the company also went under the name TVDVDBoxset. It seems that these thieves change their name and website frequently, hoping to get the same customers who are looking for an authentic product. Thank goodness for the other person's post as I would have con't to order thinking I was getting a new website and a proper set as promised.

I have lost $100. I agree with the other complaint - These kinds of pirate warehouses need to be accountable for their intentional false advertising.
