I ordered the complete set of Third Watch DVDs from this company. Received a very nice email confirming my order. After 3 weeks I sent them an email asking if there was a problem. I received another email saying that they had sent out a lot of orders without zip codes and that the post office had returned them. I was assured that I would receive my order promptly. Needless to say, that was the last I heard from this company. Do not do business with them (may also go by the name NYA Direct).
