On November 21, 2007 I ordered the popular TV Series " A Different World." After waiting more then two full weeks I decided to phone TV Addicts and to no avail was never able to speak with a customer service representative, after more the five attempts to speak with someone live, I decided to leave a message which stated that someone would be in touch with me within 24-48-hours. I simultaneously sent an email to this company and just heard back from a rep this week,-December 23rd, I also used the live chat feature. This week, on December 26th I received my product purchase and to my surprised I along with my family sat a viewed the Different World series which skipped, paused and had logos in the right hand conner of several episodes indicating UPN and OH! for the Oxygen network, which lead me to believe that what TV Addicts sold me was a scam, in fact they sold me a bootleg version of this series, as it was recorded from network TV as evidenced from the Network logos that appeared while viewing many of the episodes. PLEASE be careful and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order anything from this company!
