I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised.

It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. Personally I was gutted when the dvd was played since it was obviously not a decent copy and I'd bought it as a present for my girlfriend to whom the content meant a lot.
