I ordered a boxset from Tv Dvd Mania believing it to be a reputable website. The cost of this boxset, with shipping costs was $208.74. I recieved the DVDs in the specified time. When I opened the packages (from China) I was shocked at the poor quality. Not only were the covers on the boxes awful, they had clearly been photocopied and were all blue, but the DVDs were shockingly awful. They had stickers on them, with hand written numbers indicating the order in which we should watch them. When we tried to watch them, we couldn't. They jumped, skipped and froze.

I have sent them numerous complaints requesting a refund. I have recieved nothing in response.

I m devestated that I have lost this money. To top it all off this was a christmas present for my mum.
