We ordered a TV from TVs depot on December 8, 2008 nothing ever happened with the order, they did not ship it, or say when they would ship it.
We cancelled the order on December 14, per instructions on there web site,
a company representative named Eddie called us back a few minutes latter and confirmed the cancellation. On December 23 we got a email saying that they shipped a TV. I called Eddie at TVs Depot, his response he did not have any record of the cancellation, it was our problem. He is a liar. We cancelled our credit card, so that they could not charge any more items to it.
