The electronics business is deceiving the public when it come to HDTV, HDTV is set at 1080,1080i,1080p Yet it seems common practice for companies to advertise EDTV as HDTV it is not, EDTV is 720,720i,720p which means 720 lines as opposed 1080 lines in HDTV the difference is the same as Night and Day .

It is time someone put a stop to this.
