I bought a full gaming PC from them on Ebay. The computer that was sold to me and the computer I received were very different. Was promised a 2.8ghz quad core with Windows Vista premium home edition. I received a quad core 2.4 ghz with Vista basic. When contacted about the issue I was promised to be taken care of. Four months later and he is not responding or doing what he says. Not only that he took asked me to send back the software so he could replace it. When I did he kept the original and refuses to send the one he promised. I was taken for $1300, do yourself a favor and stay away from them. They are also listed as Tweak Pcs. He sells his PCs through Ebay. He is a scam artist.
