I have no idea what this company is and I know that I did not authorize any payment to them. I just checked my bank statement and I have a pending payment of 22.95 to this company. I did not authorize any payment and frankly would like to know how they obtained my information in order to bill me.

I have tried calling the number that appears on my statement and it is some sort of protection company and it wants me to enter either my account number with them (which I do not have) or the credit card number that I used to sign up. The problem is I never signed up and I am not going to enter my credit card number. The system is completely automated and you cannot talk to a real person.
