I was preparing a protein shake which I do every day. As I was scooping out my powder, I noticed something sparkle inside the container. I reached in and pulled it out and found it to be a small piece of broken glass. I emailed the manufacturer complaining about it and the woman who responded to me says it may just be piece of the container or the scoop which broke off. I told her it was glass, not plastic!

She also asks:

We don't use glass in our powders facility. What color is

the glass? Also, what is the lot number and "best if used by date"?

Later on she basically blows me off and stops responding to my emails. Horrible company! I'm never buying from them again!

All I wanted was an apology and a replacement! The store will not accept an exchange because I no longer have the receipt. The container is a 5lb container with barely any used.
