I ordered a holder for my Magellan GPS. The price was $11.99. Shipping and handling was $7.95. Although it seems ridiculous to pay almost two thirds of the price of my order for shipping and handling, I ordered it anyway because I was stuck. The original holder for my gps cracked and unless you have a holder, you can't attach the gps to the window suction device. My payment went through immediately. That was 1 month ago. I have not received the car holder. The website has an email address for contact (but no phone number). I've emailed them 4 times regarding the status of my order, but still have not received a response. My advice...never use this website!
