Horrible support
Twitter mistakenly suspended my account and after NUMEROUS attempts of contacting them (including numerous support tickets) I still have not received any response as to why my account was suspended and how I could possibly resolve it. And to top it off, all of the support tickets I've created directly with Twitter have a status of "closed" or "completed". Yet no response and the account is still suspended.

Unauthorized charges
Was charged $9.99 on my mobile phone bill for a "download" and when I called phone service provider found it was from Twitter! I don't use Twitter, I have no idea how this happened. Called them and was told it was from taking an IQ test. They did say that they would refund the charge, but it boggles my mind how this charge was put on my mobile phone account. Nobody uses my phone but me, so it's a little scary that this can happen. Glad I caught it on my bill.
