I was bill for 10 dollars for no reason. Called their help desk, guess where, India, and recieved nothing but double talk and BS. I asked for a contact in the USA and was told there wasn't one. They told me to fax in my complaint, probably to the dead letter pool. I had to cancel my credit card. Luckily, by back has a good customer service department and they are actually in the USA. It was free and I was off the phone faster than that dealing with the double talk.
