Every 3 moth I receive a 22 usd charge in my American Express with this explanation:

I don't know who they are and what they want...!
American Express is still charging to me all the amount saying that I bought from they, I'm complaining but, anything to do...!
I cutted my Credit card and stopped my relation with American Express.
