I was applying for a payday loan online on 9/23/08, but never autherized to receive one. On 10/01/2008 I noticed a charge on my account for 29.98. I called my bank to find out what the charge was and was told it was a loan company. The bank gave me a phone number of the loan company. I called and the representative told me it was a mistake and that i had to go to creditreportrefund.com to fill out a request to get my refund. I am very upset to have had this happen. Will contact my bank again for a dispute
