Tried to place an order for U Glu. Advertised on TV for $10 plus S/H. They took my CC# on the first page of their website (I know, stupid me) and didn't give me a choice to confirm my order before it was completed. Total charge for a $10 item? $51.94! I called to cancel and the rep gave me a hard time and didn't want me to cancel. He told me he would just charge me for what I wanted, but I didn't want it now. He made a statement about people not understanding what profit is, and told me it would be canceled. No emails or confirmation the order was canceled. Later that night, a new charge for $21.98 from the same people for the same thing!

Customer service hung up on me. No way to email them. And they will charge multiple charges to the card. Be warned, wait for the product to come out in the store. I've learned my lesson.
